Used for short-term cleanup projects like home renovations, estate cleanouts, or garage cleanouts.
2yd containers available for smaller cleanups (1 dump per week/4week minimum)

Clean and dry steel cans (Dog food, canned fruit, etc. Rinsed & labels removed)
Clean and dry #1 PET plastics (water & soda bottles, lids removed)
Clean & dry #2 HDPE plastics (milk jugs, gallon water jugs, laundry soap)
Cardboard (clean corrugated, non waxed, no plastic shrink wrap)

NO GLASS (SAFETY HAZARD)
No Styrofoam (food trays, packing peanuts, etc.)
No plastic bags
No paper
No diapers or tissue paper
No scrap metal
No motor oil bottles
No paint containers (including aerosol cans)
NO GREEN WASTE (lawn clippings, tree branches, etc.)
NO E WASTE (TVs, monitors, computers, etc.)

Glass can be taken to our recycling center at 231 Ranch Ln. in Yreka. Green and E Waste are accepted at the Oberlin Rd. Transfer Station. If you have any questions, please call our main office at 842-7306.

Heavy-duty containers for construction debris, roofing, wood, metal, and other materials.
Used for the disposal of materials from large demolition projects like buildings, structures, or commercial spaces.

Special Event Waste Management

Temporary waste collection for festivals and large events.

Used for commercial cardboard recycling (City limits Yreka only).

Compactor Service

Used for businesses with high-volume waste who choose to purchase a compactor. Compactors can reduce the size of waste for easier transport and less frequent pickups. Must be compatible with Yreka Transfer equipment.
